This spaghetti chicken is ultra quick to make, tastes great, is perfect for meal preparation ahead of time and has loads of protein! With just 4 simple ingredients and 3 steps, you create a delicious meal. Let’s make it!
Instructions for Spaghetti Chicken
Preheat the oven to 350° F and cut chicken breasts in half horizontally, if desired. (See note 1)
In a 9×13 pan, place cut chicken in pan and evenly spread the spaghetti sauce over the chicken.
Top with chopped basil and shredded mozzarella and bake for 40 minutes.
Notes
- I cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally because the chicken breasts in the packages of 3 are so large, so to have an adequate portion, I cut them in half creating 6 thinner breasts.
- Serve with gluten free noodles or rice and a salad on the side to make a healthy meal with all the food groups.
- You can use any other cheese depending on what kind of flavor you want.
- I use Roasted Garlic & Herb Spaghetti Sauce from Prego for extra flavor with the chicken

This is my kind of meal! Only a few ingredients, simple preparation, and ideal for days when you don’t have much time to prepare dinner. The fresh basil was a nice touch.
