This tasty homemade gluten-free pizza crust is perfect for days that you have a little extra time, want to make something from scratch and have a healthier option for a crust. I love making this crust because it is the perfect thickness and a great flavor. Try it out and comment below!
Instructions to make this Gluten-Free Pizza Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
- Mix water, sugar and yeast together and let it sit for 5 minutes, expect the yeast mixture to turn foamy. (See Tip 1)
- In an electric mixer on the low setting, mix the flour, salt and super seeds together. Then add in the egg, oil, apple cider vinegar and yeast mixture and continue mixing.
- Using an oiled spatula, remove dough from bowl and place onto a piece of parchment paper. (See Tip 2 and 3)
- Bake 8-10 minutes
- Add on desired toppings and bake for 8-10 additional minutes.

Tips:
- Make sure the water for the yeast mixture is between 110-120 degrees to ensure that the yeast is activated properly
- To roll out the dough, it may be easier to start on the counter top to initially roll out the dough and then transfer it to the parchment paper to finish forming the dough
- You will want to oil your hands and/or an oiled rolling pin to spread the dough into the desired shape as the dough will be sticky

3/4 cup warm water (between 110-120 degrees F)
1 tbsp sugar
1 packet active dry yeast (7g)
1 tsp salt
2 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
2 tbsp BetterBody Foods Super Seed Blend
1 egg
1 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Place pizza baking sheet on lowest rack in the oven and preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Mix water, sugar, and yeast and let sit for 5 minutes (it will look foamy)
- In an electric mixer on a low setting, mix flour, salt, and super seeds. Add in the egg, oil, apple cider vinegar and yeast mixture and continue mixing on a low setting for ~1 minute.
- Using an oiled spatula, transfer pizza dough onto a piece of parchment paper.
- Using oiled hands and/or an oiled rolling pin, spread the dough into desired shape and place onto baking sheet
- Bake 8-10 minutes
- Add toppings and bake an additional 8-10 minutes
