- In a blender, mix the smoothie contents together until well blended
- Empty smoothie into a bowl, add on toppings and enjoy!
Tips:
- Do you want it to contain more nuts? Add in some almonds or pecans!
- Add in additional seeds (sunflower seeds, flaxseed) to get your fiber and omega-3
- You can really add anything you want onto this smoothie bowl and it will still taste great!

1/4 cup Milk
2 tbsp Super seeds
1/2 cup vanilla Chobani yogurt
1 Acai packet- Pitaya brand
- Toppings:
1/4 cup Gluten-Free Granola
1/8 cup unsweetened coconut
1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
Sprinkle of chocolate chips on top
